It is very good for it's intended use. However, I disagree with one of your staff that told me that the speaker is water proof to shallow depths. I inspected the recharge area and concluded that was marginal despite what appears to be a good effort. I accept what I was told that the electronic board is coated with something that protects it from water but I might let mine sit on a counter top with a film of water but I'm going to keep mine high and dry as possible so I can enjoy good sound and watch the rhythmic colored lights.
UPDATE: had trouble with the last one but customer service here is AMAZING! issue resolved and couldn't be happier with the products. rest of my foursome is happy as well
I had one and it was stolen (just ss) and got this one. quality is not the same. this one leaks and I can hardly unscrew the cup holder. disappointed.

My Vibe tumbler is my favorite! I was so bummed when the lid slide broke. It has the BEST seal of any lid I’ve seen! I reached out to your support team and they were amazing! I received the replacement lid and quickly! I will tell all my friends what a great experience this was!
Works great and battery last forever. Sometimes have a problem plugging it in, other than that it is awesome
I’ve had numerous brands and designs of travel tumblers and I believe this TOPL is my new favorite. Many other designs are either not totally leakproof or the design does not allow for easy inspection for mold and bacterial growth. Complex designs that can’t be disassembled are inherently dangerous to your health. My only wish for future TOPL designs is that they would include a ceramic coating inside to prevent any metallic taste being added ti the liquids. Overall . . awesome design by keeping it simple.
