Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our promise: Pour Caddy® products — including bottles, caps, and accessories such as Bluetooth speakers, power banks, and lights — are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the usable life of the product under normal, appropriate use — including commercial use.

If we confirm a covered defect, we will repair or replace the product (or provide replacement parts) with a new or refurbished item of the same model and color when available—or a comparable item/color if not.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Defective caps and seals

  • Loss of insulating performance due to a manufacturing defect

  • Accessories such as Bluetooth speakers, power banks, and lights

  • Products used in commercial settings (restaurants, bars, events, or other business applications)

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, abrasions, finish/powder-coat chips, fading, discoloration)

  • Cosmetic-only issues that do not affect function

  • Damage from drops, impacts, crushing, or extreme temperatures

  • Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications

  • Odors, stains, or residue

  • Counterfeit products or items purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Damage occurring after delivery due to third-party shipping handled by the customer

Note: Some exclusions or limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.

  • Original purchaser only; non-transferable

  • Proof of purchase required (order number, receipt, or gift receipt)

  • Eligible purchases: pourcaddy.com and other authorized channels

  • Territory: North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico)

  • Coverage outside North America is not available at this time

Caps & Leaks

If your cap fails or you notice a leak, notify us right away for a free replacement cap once we verify your claim.

Lost Insulation? Quick At-Home Check

  1. Carefully fill your stainless-steel bottle with boiling water to the neck.

  2. Do not cap it. Wait ~5 minutes.

  3. Feel the outside a few inches below the rim.

If you feel hot spots, the vacuum insulation is compromised and you’re eligible for a replacement.

⚠️ Safety: Use caution to avoid burns. Do not hold the bottle while filling. Do not perform this test on plastic components.

Shipping Damage (Orders from pourcaddy.com)

If your order arrives damaged, contact us before use. Once used, we cannot treat the issue as shipping damage.

“Rattling” Bottles

A small metal disc between the double walls can occasionally become dislodged and rattle. This does not affect performance. If it bothers you, we’ll provide a no-cost replacement.

Custom Products

Custom-product claims are handled case by case. Exact color matches may not be available, but we will provide the closest available replacement.

How to Submit a Claim

  1. Click Submit a Warranty Claim and sign in.

  2. Provide your contact info, proof of purchase, photos/video of the issue, and batch/lot info (if present).

  3. We may ask you to return the product for inspection.

  4. Once approved, we’ll repair or replace it. If a return is required, we’ll specify who covers shipping based on the claim.

Legal Terms

  • This limited warranty applies for the usable life of the product, as limited by applicable law.

  • Remedy: At our discretion, repair or replace with new/refurbished product/parts; comparable color/model if original is unavailable.

  • Implied warranties: To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

  • Limitation of liability: In no event shall Pour Caddy be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow such exclusions or limitations, so they may not apply to you.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or province.


Warranty FAQ

Do dents or scratches void my warranty?
No. Normal wear and tear (like dents, scratches, or chipped paint) is not covered, but it also does not void your warranty. If your bottle or accessory has a manufacturing defect or fails to perform as intended, it’s covered.

Are accessories like Bluetooth speakers, power banks, or lights covered?
Yes! All Pour Caddy accessories are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

Does the warranty cover commercial use?
Yes. Whether you’re using Pour Caddy at home, in a bar, restaurant, event, or any commercial setting, you’re covered.

Can I make a warranty claim if I received my Pour Caddy as a gift?
Yes. As long as you can provide proof of purchase (such as the order number or gift receipt), we’ll honor the warranty.

Do I need to send my product back for inspection?
In some cases, yes. We may request photos or videos first, and if needed, we’ll let you know how to return the product for inspection.

Is the warranty available outside North America?
Not at this time. Currently, our warranty coverage is limited to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
