Refund policy

Products purchased on the Pour Caddy website may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not 100% satisfied. In order to be eligible for return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact. Any failures with your cap, such as leaking, are covered 100% for the life of your product. If you have a cap or reservoir failure, notify customer service and a replacement will be promptly sent to you at no charge. All interchangeable bases are covered under warranty for 90 days from your purchase date.

Custom Orders: All custom orders are made to be uniquely you, they are not eligible for returns but qualify for replacement in the case of product failure. 

Here's what to do:

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date free of charge.
• Acquire a return label by contacting our Customer Service Team at customerservice@pourcaddy.com.
• Please reference your order number from your Pourcaddy.com purchase.
• Refunds take approximately 3-4 days after we receive your product. 
• Your credit card account will show the difference in purchase amount on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank or billing cycle.
