Pour Caddy offers you the ability to have your personalized logo or message laser or color engraved on any of Pour Caddy Product. You can choose between laser engraving or full color UV.

Can I edit the My Caddy™ order I submitted?
Edits and/or changes cannot be made once your My Caddy™ order has been submitted. Any adjustments to an order should be made prior to submitting the order.
Why was my order cancelled?
As an inclusive, fun, and playful brand, we reinforce these values through our commitment to ensuring that offensive, or potentially offensive words, do not appear on, or are associated with our products. In addition, orders submitted that include logo's or phrases with registered trademarks will be cancelled without express written consent from the owner. You will be contacted by customer service for documentation prior to cancellation. We hope you will be inspired to create an alternative personalization. Orders that are cancelled will be refunded in 2-3 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive (including processing and shipping)?

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order to follow your new Pour Caddy on its journey from our warehouse to your destination. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
My Caddy™ Return Policy
Because all My Caddy™ orders are made uniquely you, and aside from factory defects, they are not eligible for returns.
