trouble shooting question

I loved the VIBE tumbler & speaker. But now the speaker won't work. It's connected. The Bluetooth is connected which I can see on both my cell and my husband's cell. Speaker is fully charged. However, no sound comes out of the speaker. I can see the colors but no sound. I try turning up the volume on both my cell & the speaker. No sound.

This cup is the best! I wish the colored speaker came in the newer speaker version but this cup is my everything

Interesting

I thought it was interesting, definitely different, I put cold water in it and 10 hours later it wasn't ice cold but still cool water so I liked that it kept my liquis cold (even in the hot weather). I really like the speeker nice sound quility & I don't have to have always attached to the tumbler. I ordered a second one as a b'day gift it hasn't arrived yet.
