Is my Pour Caddy bottle dishwasher safe?

We highly recommend hand washing all Pour Caddy products to ensure the integrity and longevity, however, if used in the dishwasher, use top rack only. Do not refrigerate or freeze as this may compromise the integrity of the cap.

I think I see rust in my bottle, how do I clean it?

Stainless Steel is not rust proof, but it is rust resistant. If you see rust it can be removed by using a mixture of baking soda and vinegar on the rust spot, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then scrub with a soft sponge or bottle brush. If you can't remove the rust, we encourage you to submit a warranty claim for a replacement.
